みなさんこんにちは！

さて、今回も前回に引続きイラン出身のインターン生、
ファテメさんの記事をご紹介していきます！


In my one month of internship at ringrow,
specially with studying more about the business content of this company
and learning about the CEO’s famous words of
[if there are no previous samples, then you should make one],
I realized for the first time that how much
I was doing so far was obscure and little.

And more over by working at the international section and
translating texts and letters I realized how much
I haven’t had selfconfidence in my own abilities,
and how much this mistrust in myself was preventing me
from growth in the right way. 　


私はこの一ヶ月で、様々な仕事を任され、
リングローの事業内容を勉強してきました。
その中で、社長の
「前例がなければ、あなたが前例を作ればいい」という言葉を聞いて、
今までの自分がやっていたことはどれだけ僅かで少なかったかを理解できました。

また今まで自信が全くなかったこともわかり、
そのことがどれだけ私があるべきように成長することを
阻んでいたかがわかりました。
