 But what we should really be doing in those moments, instead of blaming ourselves is to get our heads out of our limited small worlds, and try to look and see the real world as it is, with all of our situations and possibilities in it. 

しかしそんなときに自分を責めるよりも、
そんな自分の限られた世界から頭を出して、周りを見て、
自分がどのような世界で、どのような状況の中におかれているかを
ちゃんと理解しないといけないと私は思います。
