さて、今回もイラン出身のインターン生、
ファテメさんの記事をご紹介していきます！


It was then when I understood that at this company
where the CEO office room door is open at all times,
it doesn’t matter if you are an office worker or a workshop worker.

your workplace is not only bound to office or workshop,
but by moving between them, you will have the chance
to gain a mutual understanding from both working places
and help out your colleges with their works.

Therefore moving between both office and workshop is
part of everyday routine of a worker at ringrow company.

unlike working at large companies, by working at ringrow
you are not going to be concentrated only on one type of work.

Therefore it can be said that working with ringrow company
can actually save you from having a polarized character
and help you to improve your judgment, thinking and decision making ability.

リングローではオフィスで働く社員も、再生業務を行う社員でも、
自分の任された仕事だけをするのではなく、お互いの仕事を理解し分かちあい、
助けあうこともあります。

そのためリングローで働く人達は皆、何かひとつの物事だけにとらわれることなく、
思考力や判断力を成長させていると感じました。
